Dapto Leagues Max Potential Dapto Leagues Club is proud to be helping to grow the area's leadership by coordinating an innovative Dapto Leagues Club Max Potential Program. We are currently finding the areas business and community leaders, and providing them with training in how to lead and coach others towards success!
Coaching is a perfect tool for anyone who is responsible for another person, including managers, supervisors, parents, leaders of volunteer or community organisations, sports coaches, youth workers, teachers and more!
Coaches will also have the opportunity to use their new skills for the good of a local Year 11 student.
Overall the Program will result in:
· Up to 20 young leaders with the goals, direction and self-confidence to create positive change in our area;
· Up to 20 business and community leaders who are able to effectively lead others to positive outcomes;
· Increased networks between schools, businesses and young adults;
· Up to 20 community-changing projects run by young adults, targeting our local needs!
